DMs everyone who comments your keyword
Someone comments your keyword under a Reel and the first message lands in their DMs seconds later, in a wording that changes every time.
SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE YOU
Every reply can go out as a spoken voice note in your own cloned voice — not text-to-speech read by a robot.
QUALIFIES WHILE YOU SLEEP
The AI follows your script stage by stage — goal, pain, readiness, investment — and only pings you when a human decision is needed.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Anything the AI isn't confident about waits in a queue for your review. One tap pauses autopilot for a lead or your whole inbox.
Built for coaches who already have leads coming in, and are tired of losing them in the inbox.
Pipeline
Every lead, moving on its own
The AI moves each conversation through your funnel, so you see who needs you at a glance.
Your voice
Sounds exactly like you
Record two minutes once. Replies follow your scripts and can go out as voice notes in your own voice.
Automations
Comment a word, get a DM
Several wordings that rotate, an optional public reply and a natural delay.

Coverage
Always on
Replies at 3 a.m. the same as 3 p.m. Every dot is a reply sent while you were busy or asleep.
Control
Your rules
You decide how it behaves and when a human steps in.
Go on, flip them
Beyond text
Video inside the DM, follow-ups by text
Send your video as a native Instagram message so leads watch it without leaving the chat. When someone shares their number and Instagram's window is closed, follow up by SMS.
Connect Instagram
Link your account through Meta's official login. No passwords shared.
Set tone & scripts
Paste in the stage-by-stage script you want the AI to follow.
Let it run
It qualifies, replies, and books calls. You review anything flagged.
Replies follow your own tone rules and can go out as real voice notes in your cloned voice. Anything flagged as sensitive waits for your approval first.
CoachDM connects through Meta's official Instagram API login — the same connection any legitimate business tool uses, not a scraper.
No. Pause the AI for one lead or your whole inbox at any time. Sensitive conversations always route to a human-approval queue.
CoachDM is built around funnel-stage qualifying and your own scripts, not keyword triggers — most coaches replace their existing setup.
Every day you wait is another lead going to a coach who replied first.
