Privacy Policy

• Instagram direct messages sent to and from your connected account, and basic contact info (username, name) for the people who message you.
• Your account email and password, used to sign in to CoachDM.
• If you connect Stripe: payment amounts and timestamps for charges on your own connected Stripe account — never card numbers or your Stripe login.
• If you set up a cloned voice: audio you provide for that purpose.
• Basic usage data (which pages you visit, when messages are sent) needed to run the app.

• To draft and, where you've enabled it, send AI-generated replies to your Instagram leads.
• To track where each lead is in your sales process and surface it on your dashboard.
• To generate optional voice notes in your cloned voice.
• To calculate revenue and commission figures you've configured.

We do not sell your data or your leads' data, and we do not use it for advertising.

CoachDM relies on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate — each only receives what it needs to perform its specific part, and we don't name individual providers here so that our specific technical setup isn't published publicly. These fall into the following categories:

• Messaging platform — the social platform your messages are sent and received on, and an integration layer that bridges your inbox to CoachDM.
• AI processing — generates reply drafts from your conversation history.
• Voice generation — generates voice notes if you've set up voice cloning.
• Payments — if you connect a payment processor, it reports your own payment activity back to CoachDM; CoachDM never holds your payment credentials.
• Hosting and database — runs CoachDM's application and stores its data.

We keep conversation and lead data for as long as your account is active, so your dashboard and history stay useful. To request deletion of your account or a specific lead's data, email us at the address below.
